Episode 14: Kerry Dick on things and places that form special connections with you and move with you wherever you go

Kerry Dick is the founder of Write Junction - a freelance copywriter for brands with a visual soul.  Lots of copywriters often come from journalism or English language backgrounds. They understand words in text. Kerry thinks in colour, space, texture, mood, and visual narrative. Perhaps that's rare, but with her background, it comes from her creative heartbeat. With a BA (hons) degree in textiles & surface design, and her retail background this brings even more to her copywriting skills.

In her retail Visual Merchandiser days, she sold things without saying a word. Making connections and communications from visual, verbal and written formats is a passion of hers. She still helps make those all-important connections, focussing on written content.

There's something super special when she gets to work with brands with the following industries:

- fashion & lifestyle brands

- interiors, homeware & craft

- beauty and wellness

-luxury goods

- retail & e-commerce

- brand identity & tone of voice development work.

She'll write about (almost) anything but she loves her creative heartbeat.

Episode 13: Christina Lord on creating a life and environment that pleases you first

Meet Christina Lord, founder of Authentic Action Coaching. At her core, Christina is deeply passionate about helping women reconnect with who they truly are.

Her favourite question to ask is: “Who were you before the world told you who to be?”

After years spent navigating fast-paced corporate environments, recovering from her own burnout, Christina realised she needed something entirely different. She retrained in Energy Leadership Coaching while living in Arkansas, USA, before returning home to Sunderland to care for her Dad - a chapter of her life that deeply grounded her and redefined what truly matters.

Today, through her F.U.E.L Yourself 1st model, Christina helps women move away from chasing goals that aren't theirs and discover their own formula for pure personal fulfillment. She blends growth mindset principles with embodied resilience practices like breathwork to help people regulate their nervous systems and master stress - so they can create a true sense of peace and feel genuinely at home within themselves.
